The Intriguing Trail

Over 60 people, many dressed in old-fashioned costume, met at Yam Daisy Park (Park 3, Kandarilla) on a perfect spring day to ride the 'Intriguing Trail' along Adelaide's beautiful Park Lands.

A gentle 19km cycle around our in-TREE-guing Adelaide Park Lands, 

celebrating trees, birds, bees and the centenary of the South Australian Forest League.

Local yam daisy expert, Steven Hoepfner, introduced us to the daisy and its tuberous root, which was once an important part of Kaurna people's diet.
